Return Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or different product.  WE Do Not Provide Refunds to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items or items that are attached to a charity are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Contact Us page.
2. Send us a message describing your problem. 
3. A Customer Service employee will get back to you with in 48 hours.
4. Customer Service will print and send you a shipping label for free.
5. Use the free shipping label to send the product you wish to return back to us.

• Please allow 7-14 business days for an exchanged item to be delivered.
• Return shipping is free!
